Semesters are divided into September to January (5 months) and end of January to mid June. There are 16-17 classes/ lessons built in to each semester. Tuition is a monthly payment for a reserved time slot in your weekly class schedule each month.
Our billing has been divided into monthly tuition installments, instead of requiring a larger semester payment. This means there may be between 2-5 classes/ lessons in a month depending on the holiday calendar. When a student registers, it is with the understanding that they are committing to monthly classes for the remainder of the semester in which they register, and that monthly tuition will be withdrawn at the end of the month prior to lessons/classes taking place. *Please see our policy sheet for withdrawal procedure, and missing a class/ lesson.*
Dance students may withdraw through March 1, with 30 days written notice. Music students may withdraw with 30 days written notice from the first of the month. To withdraw, an adult must complete and sign a withdrawal form provided by the school office. If a drop occurs
For music lessons and dance class, please notify the school or your private teacher 24 hours before any absence, or as soon as possible in case of sickness. Please see our policies sheet for more details about make up lessons.
